All customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, as these products are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold.
We urge customers to carefully review and approve all design previews and order details before finalizing their purchase.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will take full responsibility to resolve the issue.

Resolution Options: Depending on the situation, we may:

3. Eligibility for Returns (Non-Customized Items Only)
Non-customized items may be eligible for returns under the following conditions:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
